Being that the majority of items are special order, all orders are charged upon being processed. If you have any questions or special requests, kindly contact us.

What is the status of my order?

What is the lead time on a product?

All products have their lead time listed on the product page.

I have a larger order, how can I request a price quote?

You can easily request a price quote by going to the PROJECT PLANNING link on the bottom of the page. You will also be able to attach your file of specified items. One of our sales representatives will get in touch with you, and provide you with a highly competitive price quote.

I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, how do I request a replacement or return?

Our goal is to provide you with top quality products. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact us immediately. One of our customer service specialists will advise you on how to replace or return your item in a quick and efficient manner. They may request images or documentation in order to process the claim. Prior to returning any order, an RMA must be issued. Any order being returned without an RMA will not be credited. External damages to the products will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Why is there a restocking fee on returns?

The restocking fee charged on standard order returns (not including damaged goods), is due to the items not being put back to stock. The products are sent back to their respective manufacturers as they are made to order. The restocking fee is a charge we incur from the manufacturer. Restocking fees may vary based on manufacturer, item, and finish. Custom orders and finishes are non-returnable.
